Painting cover for one of my short stories. Based off that one old and dead and gone story I used to have of fraternal twin Alices and how when they dreamed the boy and the girl were in different world. The girl went to the city of day (which I imagined while writing the story looked nothing like this) but the representation I had on the blog about it was basically like a city of golden ancient Greek ruins idk it's strange so I went with that aesthetic. This took far longer to make but I had fun with it! I based off the female statue of Venus de Milo (I didn't use a reference for it), while the male statue was based off an image I found off Google (yes that means I used a reference)
